Adobe IndesignMS WordProblem: A learning team at the *Paint Shop had an intricate workflow that needed to be distilled into a handy checklist. This was particularly important as new team members were being added to grow the team, and there was limited time for one-on-one coaching through the process.
Analysis: The workforce was partially remote and it would be important to access the document at all times. Rather than take time out of the established team's workday, a performance support tool would be best for new team members to use after initial onboarding.
Learning Solution: This e-learning checklist represents a simple online job-aid, hosted in the team's shared file structure. It walks the user through phases of the workflow with options to expand for further information. Additional resources for completing each step are also available.
